The South Dakota hunting season gets off to a great start with dove hunting on the first of September closely follow by grouse the third Saturday in September. The big bang of the season comes with the opening day of pheasant hunting. The opening day of pheasant season is usually the third Saturday of October. Plan a great hunt with our combo packages. You can hunt grouse and dove in the morning and then we will branch out to the cropland to finish out a great day of pheasant hunting.

During our guided pheasant hunts, we will be covering corn, sorghum, and hedge row plots. We will also walk CRP plots, especially in the late hunting season of November and December. Our hunting land is set up for the birds, first and foremost, and our South Dakota hunting trips are set up to cover and coordinate the hunt safely and successfully. We can effectively cover most of our plots with as little as 6 hunters and up to 12 hunters.
