Overview

Our Basic Hunting Package consists of a one day or multi-day hunt at the rate of $220 per person per day, with a minimum of two hunters in the party. This price includes sales tax, guide service, the use of our experienced dogs, a fine lunch, and we clean and pack the birds at the end of the day in your coolers.

Of course, if you have a hunting dog that you would prefer to bring, you are more than welcome to do so, and unlike many other resorts, we really mean it.

The controlled hunting season in Kansas runs from September 1 through March 31 of each year, however, we are limiting our season to October 1 through March 31. Generally, the month of September is still somewhat warm, and of course the birds will still be somewhat on the young side. Once the calendar gets to October and beyond, the hunting gets more serious and the fun really starts.

For your part of the hunt, you will need to provide suitable hunting attire, including some blaze orange attire, a current hunting license or controlled hunting area license which can be purchased online or at any Kansas outlet that sells hunting equipment and supplies, your gun and ammunition. For out of state hunter, buying a controlled hunting area license will be a nice surprise.
