Pheasant & Spanish Rice


  • Pheasant
  • Spanish Rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups hot sauce


Soft boil already cleaned pheasant in water and hot sauce until done. Let cool down to shred. Make Spanish rice according to the directions on the box. Don?t use all of the water called for. You will add a large can of chopped tomatoes mixed with red and green chilies and hot sauce to make it your preferred hotness. Cover to let water evaporate. Eat and enjoy!
