UPHAM, NM – The New Mexico Economic Development Department is advising hunters to stay clear of more than 27 square miles of public lands in Game Management Unit 20 on Sept. 25 while a private company launches a rocket from temporary launch facilities near the proposed Spaceport America in southern New Mexico.
