Your mouth gets dry, your heart pounds as your thumb nervously rests on the safety of your favorite shotgun. Thoughts flash through your mind. Will he be too high to get off a shot... Will he change direction and fly over one of the other hunters instead of me...? Too late, you realize your subconcious distractions have frozen your reflexes and the "king" of upland gamebirds streaks by you so quickly that your load of #6's only rips out a few tailfeathers .
