First Dusky Grouse Hunt

My 13 year old son, Echo and I went dusky grouse hunting this past weekend. We had a great time, and even connected on one grouse. We saw a bunch of elk, as well as one gigantic bull moose at 10 yards. We were both happy that we were in the truck at that time. Thank God we are both in good shape as the hike is a challenge.

We will do a few grouse hunts again next year. Elk hunters this weekend should have success.
