    I need a lesson please enlighten me, you have to keep them here in Montana by law, I usually crock pot them, thighs are ok my legs go to my k9 buddies. In ND I don't bother but if there is a way to make it better Id give it a whirl

    remove ligaments by breaking leg below knee, step on broken lower part, and pull on thigh until lower foot (with ligaments) are on the ground. Easy Peasy
