1-2 pheasant breasts
1 small pepper (as hot as you like it)
Cheddar cheese
Other taco type toppings
Tortilas Cut pheasant breasts into 3-4 inch strips

Directions:

Saute pheasant and peppers in butter until done Build Fajitas Enjoy.
