Yup, that dog looks like it's really giving you a hard time.
Looks like a fun pup -- and a handful, I'll bet.

Can you Identify where this pic was taken? My buddies wanted a beer and I wanted to run T with my pup......Training grounds are where you find them. Steve

I feel for ya
It's tough getting up at 4:15am spraying on a healthy dose of bug spray and still sweating it off training. Than to make things worse you get to go shower and go to work...... But what can you do. The city parks guy in my town gave me the key code so I can turn on the ball field lights, really helps if it overcast. Steve

I took advantage of the first cool morning in a long time and ran my red dog Ernie on a local Wildlife Management Area. He was on the ground for about 25 minutes and put on a little over 5 miles.
He went on point about 200 yards out and I started quickly walking up to him. The next thing I see is a sandhill crane coming after him. The crane must have bit him because he let out a pretty good yelp. I tried to get the camera on the situation but was not fast enough. Here are a couple crappy pics: http://i1227.photobucket.com/albums/...t/IMG_1572.jpg http://i1227.photobucket.com/albums/...t/IMG_1571.jpg What do your dogs average for speed on the Astro? He runs hard at first and then slows into a decent pace after 10 minutes or so.
