There are several reasons why it happens (permission changes, password changes, server change, etc.)

Also, any new users that registered did NOT receive the email to verify their email so they are stuck NOT being able to post.

Any users that have this issue, please Private Message me and I will fix this for you.

I have approved around 40 users and sent them a email directly.

It should be solved now. The email host is changing their Terms of Service so I had to go with another provider and we are set now.
