went to a spot on the river i have been hunting for many years and it was all posted no hunting, i usually just hunt the river bank where its all overgrowm for a few miles. I know the LDS church owns it and they have a no guns policy on church property so maybey thats what happened so i guess i will do what most people do and go out of state to hunt. I start a job in Williston ND at the end of the month and i guess i will look there, probably move as the money is about 10 times what i can make here and the company my wife works for has 19 jobs going in ND right now. Idaho has really gotten anti hunting, anti gun in the last few years.

Sorry to hear that EEK. Same thing happened to me in California turkey hunting. I had a nice spot with lots of birds on a forest company's ground. I spent a 13 hour drive only to find the whole place posted no trespassing. Ruined what would have been a spectacular hunt. Good luck in No Dak.

Sorry to here that too Eric. I'm sure you have some more areas though.
I walked a lot today and over three hours in the field flushed two roosters and one hen. Man was there a lot of water! I couldn't even get to a couple of my favorite spots because the sloughs were full.
Grace did some nice work today, and tracked down a wounded rooster. She found him dead about 50 yards away in some tall cover. She was happy, and so was I!
