Looking for a 4-5 year old truck. 4 door/super crew. 4x4 V-8, F-150 preferable, would consider Colorado/canyon or Dakota. Low miles (i.e. 50,000). For free!

p.s. $12,000 range

Good luck finding what you are looking for. With that low of miles I think that you may need to up your price a few thousand dollars, just my opinion...

I know that this is a 2wd so 4wd is going to be more expensive. Just some insight.

I bought my new Ram there and my wifes Caliber there as well. I was preapproved through the Credit Union and let me tell you, cash talked. I got them down almost $5000 on my truck and I got them down $6000 on the car. They are ready to wheel and deal so good luck...

They are out there. I bought my 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab with a 4.7 liter V8 2 years ago. It only had 24,000 miles on it, and not a scratch in the bed of the pickup. I like it alot, good power, does what I need it to. I got it for 12,500.

Is yours 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive? The deals are out there but it might be hard to find something like that...

Truck was in mint condition and 24,000 miles on it. So pretty much brand new although it was 7 years old, it had been sitting in a garage it's whole life. It's a 4 wheel drive pickup. I don't believe in buying a 2 wheel drive pickup.

I recently searched for a truck and found one that fit my taste for what I KNOW consider a good deal. I searched for about 4 months b/c I just couldn't find a 4-door, 4-wheel drive, truck that fit my tastes and my cheap @$$ budget. I was shooting for the same price range w/ very similar expectations. I'm sorry, but I'm w/ Lee on this one, you're going to search far and wide to find a full-size truck that fits the bill. The smaller trucks may provide 4 doors and 4 wheel drive, very near your price range, but my recommendation would be to go w/ a full size truck. I now own my first full size truck and I don't think I'll ever go back.

Forget finding what you're looking for in that price range at a dealership. You'll need to go online or through newspapers to find what you're looking for in that range.

How about this one..........:D...........not really for sale as it's the daily driver on the deer lease; but it does make your mouth water doesn't it...

Yeah I know 12k is a little low but it would be nice. Its more of a dream then an expectation but gotta dream sometime. Just wondering if anyone knew of any good deals in central ks or surrounding areas.

Yeah I don't think I could do anything but a full size pick-up. A truck has got to be 4x4 and able to pull a trailer otherwise it just isnt a truck.
