Hey guys,
I'm an 18 year old kid just getting into hunting pretty heavily as of late and just bought my first gundog, a yellow female named "Yankee" who is the real reason I joined the forum! I Do the majority of my hunting in SW Kansas but am always looking for new places to hunt in Colorado and really would appreciate any advice you guys have to offer!

Well there ya go! These pics are from today when we got back from a quick morning of hunting in Kansas (Had to drive down to pick her up so why not just make a hunting trip out of it right?), Yankee and I got to throw her rooster around a couple times and now I think I've definitely got a keeper! She flys to go get anything you throw her (out ran the mature dogs we had with us today!) and did very well finding her bird when we threw it into some waist high cover. I'm extremely excited to finally have my pup and hope you enjoy the pictures.
