Hello all,
I could use some advice if some of you have the time.
I currently live in So Cal, but am looking to buy property in Colorado to hunt / fish.
I was hoping that some Co. residents might have suggestions.
I am looking for an area to hunt Upland birds, and Waterfowl. Close to fishing as well.
I hear that most of the Pheasant are in the north eastern plains, but I wonder if you can still find wild birds closer to the center of the state?
I also hear that Deer tags are difficult to get. Is this the same for Elk? Game birds are my priority but I donâ??t necessarily want to be in the middle of the flatlands.
What about property values? What areas should I avoid (Too Expensive)?
Can anyone chime in with some suggestions?
