September is Quota Hunt Application Month - Sep. 10, 2008With the opening of dove, archery deer and other seasons, the hunting time of year is upon us. Kentucky hunters need to remember to apply this month for deer, pheasant, waterfowl and the new rabbit and quail quota hunts offered by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources.
